The arrival of the Olympic and Paralympic Games and geopolitical instability are leading to an increase in cyber attacks. These cyber attacks often make us forget about physical attacks: anyone with physical access to your equipment (computers, servers, networks, etc.) can have access to your data or launch a cryptologer to demand a ransom.
Physical access control by badge contacless remains a secure way to control access and protect your company. The choice of access control nevertheless requires getting closer to the requirements of the ANSSI – Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information.
ODALID develops access controls that comply with the security requirements of the ANSSI. As an electronic manufacturer, all our systems are reinforced via hardware safes (unreadable from the outside).
These safes are intended to authenticate our IoTs and encrypt/sign communications.
To do this, ODALID develops its own HSM (Hardware Security Module) which allows the provisioning and authentication of equipment. These HSMs are compatible with Microchip Technology Inc.’s cryptoauthlib. 🙂
